Damn bubble in the Michelins
I got my first damn bubble this weekend some where between NYC and Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA. I don't recall hitting any potholes or anything hard either in between. It is pretty damn small though. I wouldn't of even noticed it if I hadn't stopped to get gas with it directly on the ground which made it bulge out a lot. I rotated it to the top and then it is barely noticable though.
Question is, should I change it or keep rolling with it for a while. A lot of ppl suggest Conti Extremes as replacements which I will probably go with but if I could LIIIIIIIIIIVE with it then I would since $$ isn't that available to me right now.
I dont understand why Michelins are ~$200 if everyone hates them and the Conti Extremes are better and avg $100 each. $100 for the name? DAMN!

This was so much aggravation for me to get my $180 (pro-rated amount) back. I filed a claim with the Acura dealership (third one that I went to, the first two right away assumed that I hit a pothole without even taking a look at the tire). I have NEVER hit a pothole or a curb. I attached an e-mail from Michelin that recommends that I take the tire to an authorized dealer to get inspected.
Despite getting money back, I will NOT buy another Michelin tire again.
