Do you mean a DIY to completely replace the bumper with a new one? It's probably easiest to get a new or used bumper and have the body shop prime and paint it. Then, search for the DIY bumper removal, and do the remove and install yourself. You're pretty much gonna have to get screwed for the bumper paint cuz body shops know how to do the color matching right.

and whos going to paint it to match? and they will most likely have to blend it into the fenders to look right. There will be very littel cost involved in the install.
