Now that samkws sold his comptech mufflers I guess I am the only one that will be doing the comptech custom exhaust. Wish me luck and I will keep you all posted. One question though, are double wall tips the same as resonanted tips. Thanks. Will have pics of the custom job as soon as I get it done.

double wall tips are not the same as resonated tips..

resonated tips have some kind of sound deadening material in them.. double wall tips dont.

i wanted to do the custom job and i was ready to do it

but found a gd deal on an used set of axle back so decide to jump on it instead

the deal is too gd that it costs cheaper than the custom job

resonated tips or not doesn't matter since they only reduce 1-3 dBs...who cares about that?

just pick one that you like
