i wouldn't mind if it's something really minor, say fine scratches that are SHORT. but this is a lot of damage for a NEW wheel already. i mean, even my 19" on the gs400 that's been running for months have less damage than that.....

That is really bad news. Same type of BuLsH*t happened to me.
Im not going to say who ripped me off ( many of you guys on this board purchase off this company *sigh* )

I remember I recieved a damaged pair of rims. I sent them back a month later they end up sending me the wrong offset. Now it turns out they are out of the wheel (Discontinued). They refuse to refund me and will not exhange or pay for any more shipping...
They were willing to send me back my damaged rims, only I would have to pay for shipping and handling from Japan. And the funny thing is, this shop acts like its my fault they sent me damaged rims, and my fault I have mismatching offsets.NEVER AGAIN.

DAMN JAPANESE DOMESTIC MARKET! (what happened to the ADM? American Domestic Market =)

LESSON TO BE LEARNED:

1. Never purchase off the internet. Ive lost thousands...
2. Always inspect what you buy BEFORE paying for it.
3. And if you buy rims, go to the shop physically. Physically open them and inspect them before walking out with them.
