has ne one heard of this alarm company b4...i was looking into buying an alarm with a remote start and a pager...i have came across couple of selections..crimestopper, marksman,etc. Has ne one heard of these companies? Are they ne good?

Yeah the crimestopper is good stuff for the money. Its owned by Directed Electronics, which now owns many car alarm companies including Viper, and they just bought up Clifford last fall too.
Give you a tip, if you want a good remote start alarm but dont want (or just cant) afford to spend alot of $$$, go to ebay and search for the crimestopper remote start alarm, there is a guy selling 'em for about $68. The model number may be the 2011 (but i dont recall for certain). My friend ordered one up and i put it in for him (i was an installer for many years) and it works very good, especially at that price.

Motioneffects: there is a wiring diagram floating around on this site that tells you the colors and lcoations of all the wiring in the car that you need to hook up the alarm to.
