Talking Could VTM-4 be used in a TL or RL?

Since Acura spent all the money developing this system, which by all accounts has been well received, why not implement it into their sedans? I'm thinking about competition for Audi's Quattro system and Audi/VW's 4motion system.

The VTM-4 system would add some weight to the car, but would also help shift some weight to the rear of the car. I was just wondering what your thoughts were on this subject, if all-wheel drive was a $1000-$1500 option? I'm sure some of you guys up north sliding around on your Blizzacks would like two more driving wheels...

I think the new RL with the V8 and RWD (not the silly "All-new" RL doing the rounds at the auto shows now) is also believed to have an AWD option...which could be an adaptation of the VTM-4 present in the MDX. But I doubt the VTM-4 can be retro-fitted to the current RLs and TLs...since they are not designed to accomodate it...Audi cars are designed from scratch for the quattro, due to which, I think you could possibly retrofit the Quattro into an Audi car that does not have it....of course the cost would be prohibitive when compared to getting a quattro system fitted Audi right-out-of-the-box.
