correct spark plug

I have an 03' TL (not Type S). Many on this forum have suggested that original equipment is NGK Iridium plugs and that those are the only ones to use. But my owner's manual says that the correct plug is NGK PZFR5F-11 or Denso PKJ16CR-L11. These are not iridium but rather are platinum tipped plugs.
What is the part number of the NGK and Denso iridiums that have been suggested?

gen2 came with platinum- gen3 has Iridium as stock plug
Its good to upgrade the gen2 to Iridium IX

Denso proven to last far less miles and cost more than ngk

See you local parts store- about 7 bucks each
