My mom (who bought the car for me) always is pestering me if my mods are affecting the inegrety of the car. i Tell her no BUT i was wondering about how these sways will affect my ride/or anything else about the car. I just dont want to spend 400 dollars on somthing and have it mess up my car. Please Help me. Thanks again, oh yea one other thing i was wondering if replacing the bulbs on the interior of my car would posible short out the system. Thanks again

Negatives......hmmm...depends on who's looking at it. Reduce body roll, tighter suspension...frankly if you were doing some serious off roading sway bars are NOT recommended. But hypothetically if you were driving on nothing but glass like surfaces, then you probably dont even want a suspention at all , and just have the wheels conencted to the frame. Is there any negatives about a good looking car? Of course...but it all depends on who you are asking.
Restate the question, as most people on this board would probably just tell you to do a search.
I frankly have the Neuspeed race bars. Solid 27mm fronts and 25 mm rears. They are the thickest and most agressive sway bars on the market for our cars. Most people ridiculed me for buying them last year because I deviated from the "norm" stating, "I'll break the sub frame threads...brackets...endlink rods...you name it". Was any of it true? NOT A SINGLE ONE. I've gotten in a serious accident...were they damaged? nope. Held up just fine.
I think the question you are looking for is...If I could do it all over again...would I? And would I stay with the same brand? The answer is yes to both.
Now for your scenario. Unfortunately the Neuspeed race bars are very difficult to come by (more expensive too). But if you cannot get a hold of one, then you are stuck with only the Comptech set. Sucks to not have options eh?
