What does it do and is it a good thing to add to the car for better road stability? Lets put it this way, when I drive, I drive the car fast, and like to take my turns fast, will this eliminate body roll? Im not to knowledgeable. let me know guys.

Yes. This will eliminate body roll in a big way.

Imagine a cardboard box that is flimsy. Now take a stick and tape it across the box in the middle. Get it?

Sways are 90% of the handling improvement.

Ok..now let me get this straight, body roll is when the car tilts to the side in sharp turns right? And there are two compotech bars, one is strut bars and the other is sway bars? Whats the difference? Sorry to sound like a putz!

My god man...
You can do a search to find out more...

An overly simplistic answer is that the strut bar mounts between the strut towers under the hood and the sways are two pieces mounted beneath the car, front and rear. Sways will do more to affect "body roll" wheras the strut bar will help more with the feel of the steering and the initial turn-in...

Strut bar is not as important although the idea is the same. Strut bars mount above the engine on top, sways are below.

Front and rear comptech sways my desi friend. JUST DO IT!!!!

If you have any doubt, find someone in your area with the sways, drive their car, and then go back to your car and you will cry because it feels like a Camry. They are THAT good.

Good decision. I just hope you're not running on the POS stock tires though, they'll be squealing like ******* when you start cornering more aggressively.

Get some dediated summers and use the MXM4's as plant holders.
