Comptech Springs

Hey guys, I was thinking about lowering my car, not too much though (Comptech), but enough to rid of that large wheel gap. My thing is that I'm afraid of the scraping that may occur when the body kit comes that much more closer to the ground. My girlfriend has a Saturn coupe which sits low to the ground already, and then we added on the body kit, and she scrapes everything now. Imagine if we lowered her car!!

So will I have some occurances of scraping with the 1.5" drop. I really would do this if I knew that I still had enough clearance going up aprons and not having to drive differently. Anyone with the Comptech springs, body kit and 17" wheels, please advise. Thanks.

Stock Fogs to 6000k HID

Another question, would it look funny to have 6000k HID fog lights and our 4100k HID low beams together? Do most people upgrade both to 6000k? That's a lot of money for a little difference. But still kind of interested. Especially because of the longevity of those bulbs, it might be worth it since my fogs have burned out three times already since I changed to aftermarket bulbs.

Comptech springs with the body kit can scratch in some instances...but nothing too bad. Keep in mind when you upgrade to 18s and do a profile that is 45 or lower, the wheel gap is going to look ugly. But also the larger the wheels you go, the lower you can lower your car without actually being as low as if you were lowered on 17inchs.

As far as the 6000k fogs with the 4300k...it might look wierd. The 6000k emit a totaly different color.

Or you can do what i did...drop the car with the comptechs, get wheels, and save yourself a wad of cash and leave the bodykit off..I think that the car looks great without the kit.
