Question Comptech Icebox Cold Air Intake??

I've wanted to add a CAI to may car, but my main concern was the noise/sound that it makes. I've heard it on my friends V6 Accord, and it get's loud at high RPM, and i don't really like that. TOO Loud for me. So when Comptech came out with their Icebox for the Integra, they were bound to come out with one for the TL. The description of the product was that it was a BIT louder than stock...i would like something like that. But looking at the picture, it looks like the "Icebox" concept is nothing more than a Short Ram Cold Air Intake and the filter part of it is covered by a plastic box (icebox), which has a tube extended to get air from the wheel area. When this thing comes out it will probably be $400. My question is...is this really worth it? or is it better to get a regular CAI for about 1/2 as much?

That is up to you, the buyer, to justify. I know for one I will probably make the purchase. Only because it's supposed to be quiet and it won't have a loud "hiss".
