coilovers

Guys, there are two types of coilovers i am interested in buying. One is the N1 World Sport Damper and the other is Tein. Which one should I get and why. I hava 2002 TLS

The N1 World Sport Damper are from Apexi right? Are those adjustable in height? If not, that may be a huge difference between the Teins.
