Cleared/black-out headlight install???
Just received my cleared/black-out headlights from another member of the boards, was wondering is there a way to test for fogging before I install them?
To be on the safe side would it be recomended to put a thin layer of silicon around the outer seam where the glass and the housing meet. I don't want to open them just a thin layer on the outer seam..
All suggestions appreciated.
Mr. I know your the cleared headlight guru so if you see this thread can you give me a method for testing before install and about the silicon.
Thanks...

I don't have those extras. I park in my garage at home for the most part. I think I will slap a layer of honda silicone bond with a popsickle stick just around the outer seam. I really don't want to heat and open them.
