Question Clearance with Comptech springs and body kit

Whassup guys? New to the board (one of the better ones by the way, organizationally and content wise...bimmer.org is a pain to navigate) and looking to get a TLS. I am stoked to get mine with Navi, OEM underboby kit and Comptech headers but am torn about the practicality of lowering it with Comptech springs. I am in the NY metro area (i.e. crappy potholed roads in some areas) and am afraid of the clearance problems with both the underbody kit and the shorter springs - particularly the front air dam piece. Concrete parking lot stops, curbs, angled driveways, big potholes, etc. For you guys that have installed both, give me an idea of whether I need to worry too much about clearance. I would hate to have both installed and rip the friggin spoiler off after getting the new ride!!

Thanks for all the good info.

Should be no problem. I have an '02 TL-S with factory body kit, spoiler ,comptech Springs, Headers, and exhaust. No problems on the roads here in N Jersey. Just have to be careful parking or driveways.
