Cleaning tip for poop/tree sap
Just wanted to share a cleaning tip I use whenever I come across some hardened bird poop or tree sap on my NBP TL-S. Rather than scrub and scratch my beautiful black paint, I use the corner of a very soft cloth dipped in HOT water. Not tap water hot, but coffee or tea hot. I have one of those hot water dispensers that connect to a water purifier and the temperature is perfect.
I place the hot, wet corner of the cloth on the mess for a couple of seconds to soften it then, VERY gently carress the mess off (imagine softly carressing the cheek of a beautiful lady ) and let the hot water do the work. Melts right off, everytime, within a few seconds with no paint damage. I re-wax the area and I'm done in 5 min.
Oh BTW,if the cleaning description seems a little, uh, suggestive, I just wanted your undivided attentiion so you don't scratch your car :p
Remember, always practice safe cleaning...
