Considering buying from CLASSIC in TURNERSVILLE NJ???

I have had nothing but bad experiences the more I return for service.

Laundry list.
1. Did not fix item I requested to be fixed
2. No voicemail system
3. Misplaced messages w/in office (result of item 2)
4. Missed deadlines

In general i am more than disapointed with their performance. These things seem small when listed, but I constantly try to work with these people and run into road blocks over everything. The worst is they ask well what can I do to make you happy.... fix the fvcking problem. they just don't get it. I am not hard to please, if I have questions I want them answered, not the run-around.

I don't doubt their honesty, just their execution.

Your problem is with the service department, not sales.

I bought mine from Princeton Porshce/Acura. I wish I lived closer to them, their service department is second to none.....well maybe second to Park Ave.

I get my car serviced at Marty Sussman Acura in Maple Shade. The service girls know me by name and love my car. Too many old farts buying Acuras in Cherry Hill area. Mine really stands out.

true, I am giving complaints based on service, but, i figured if anyone came on the site to research where to buy from, they would get this info.

the salesmen were fine. but do you really care what the salesman do? I know you didn't but some buy from dealers based on the location of closest service. I will never service my car there again.
