I've heard that some ppl use Windex wet wipes. They supposely work really good, and are fairly cheap.

My neighbor uses the same wax (Mothers carnuba) on his wheels after he finished his car and those bad boys really shine!

I used the Zaino Z2 polish on my optional factory chrome wheels.
I put a few coats on at the end of MAY just before I went to the PARK AVE ACURA MEET JUNE 2. I have only washed the wheels with the Zanio Z7 carwash & they still look pretty good. The Z2 polish is not only for the paint it is for chrome also as it says on the bottle. I am getting ready to mail off an order to Zaino at this moment.

I wash them with soap & water after I finish the car, then dry them, windex them and finally wax them with a good car wax.

why would you use windex after you just washed them? Windex is horrible for your finish

When I had chrome rims I used windex also. It cleaned them nicely, but over time I think it made them look dull

That is because WINDEX is an abrasive, NEVER use them on your chrome stuff. Either buy a chrome wheel cleaner, use an ACID FREE wheel cleaner or soap and water bub.
