Hey ladies and gents,
I just got my D/S rotors with axxis ultimate brake pads installed and I know there is somewhat of a break-in period, but I noticed the braking seemed to be very choppy. Have any of you other guys noticed this directly after install? I am somewhat concerned because the main reason I bought these, yes even more than the looks, was because its getting warmer around here and I can't stand that warped feel especially in the summer time. I truly hope that these just need to be broken and that I am not doomed to the warped rotor syndrome for the rest of my Acura life. On the bright side, they do look awsome though and will look even better tomorrow when I put my chromies back on. Thanks for reading.-Nard

I'm sure it just needs a breakin period. I've heard from many people that when they upgrade to vented discs and high performance pads, they often times feels as though they don't brake as well as OEM, or that they have that "warped rotor" feel. Then after a couple weeks, that feeling goes away and the stopping power increases dramatically. IMO, just give them some time to break in.
