Yeah.. it's written pretty well, but if you read the topic from acl.com you'll see the loopholes in the article...

Didn’t make sense, I myself owned 2 S2000's a 2000 and a 2001 and one of the complaints is the 16" 225 series tires. The article was saying that they were going to use the same size tires and wheels with 360 hp... heck no... you’d need at least 17"255+ series tires to keep the patch down.
