Cheap Ball Joints in North Jersey, 03 tl-s
Anybody know anywhere that does good work but doesnt over charge....need to get the front right upper ball joint done on a 2003 acura Tl - Type S

I dont think so but is pretty straight forward.
1.-Took off Wheel
2.-Remove Rotor + Caliper (This is Just to Remove Weight of the Knuckle)
3.-Remove Knuckle Pin in the OEM Ball Joint + Bolt.
4.-Use a Ball Joint compressor to remove OEM Ball Joint.
5.-Reverse Procedure
X.- Forgot you need to remove the Lower Strut assembly Bolt or Tops its needed to lower the knuckle or it will stay in place once you Undo the #3 you need to lower the Knuckle so you can take it out of the Ball joint.

No, with the proper tool....removing the control arm is not necessary. You can "loan" this tool from most parts stores, by paying a deposit. The top BJ is much easier than the lower to replace. The "Moog" is a quality product and has a grease fitting.
