Center Console Panel Tray ($12 part help)

Does anyone know if you can just slide a screwdriver underneathe item#10 and pop it out and then snap the new one in. I have scratches all over the "change tray" from an iPod nano that I stopped using in the car. The larger iPods don't scratch this part up though. Basically I'm just trying to get all the little flaws with my TL fixed right now (door dings, change tray, and drivers side B-pillar fade).

reach up above it, and pull part #11 out. it snaps out, impossible to break. Then, reach into the gap,put your fingers under #10, and pull up and towards you. At this point it is loose but you cant remove it. Now you must pull it up some so you can see the switch-body of the seat-heater switches. Push them up (pretty damn hard, but dont worry they wont break). After that you must unplug 1 plug from each of them. Viola, done. Sounds complicated but try it, its a simple 60second thing. goodluck
