CD Player
My '01 does not play burned CD's on my stock stereo. I'm sure many of you have had the same issue. What is the trick in getting burned CD's to play? Thanks...

certain users say that it depends on the type of CD-R you use and the speed that it's recorded at. do a search, there are many opinions and theories! I personally gave up and got a CD changer that plays MP3's!
Good luck.
Good luck.

I haven't had any problems with a burned cdrs, but I usually burn them at a much slower speed than the drives capabilities. Usually 12-16x. Give that a shot.

I use mostly TDK and Maxell, but just bought a spindle of HP discs and they are fine too. I have an 03, but I went through the same problems in my 98 Camry, and slowing down the write speed fixed it. Give it a shot and let us know if it helps.
