car getting slower??

car getting slower??

ive had my car for about a year and a half now...a 2002 tl type-s. i drive it now and it feels slower? anything i can do to fix it??? tune up??

It should get faster as everything breaks in. It's also probably not getting slower, it's just that you're used to the speed and the way it drives.

Go to a track and run a timed 1/4 mile. Then go again in a year... I bet your times are almost identical (assuming no additional mods).

ive had my car for year and a half...i think the p.o.s. tranny is the problem...ordered it today, gonna get here in 10 days

supercharger is next!! they need to hurry up & bring it out

How many miles you have, the only thing I could think of is to get new Air Filter in case yours got all dusty .....

This will be imposible to reproduce to the dealer
Unless they run it 0-60MPH and clock it.

I noticed from one of your other posts that you have the A'pexi VTEC controller. If you've been messing with the settings yourself (as opposed to bringing it to a tuner shop with a laptop that can properly set it up), you may have done more harm than good to your speed. By the sounds of your other mods you probably already know this, but from what I've read with others who have the VTEC controller, it's easier to mess things up than to improve them.

the v-afc i got tuned professionally on a dyno so i think its ok.......i guess ill change the filter...but dayam its a pain to take off the bumper everytime.....
