Can't close change tray - can't get whatevers blocking it

My change tray won't close all the way, I think theres some coins behind it that are blocking it, but my fingers are too big to get back there, and I can't see any way of pulling the tray out. Is there some easy way to get whatevers back there out? I have a 99 TL if it makes a difference.

I had the problem also. Get a flashlight and look in at the far inside corners of the tray. I had a penny lodged there and was able to get it out with a screw driver that I wrapped tape around to snag the penny.

It's a quick fix if you can see the coin and get the screwdriver to it.

BTW - mine's and 02 - I don't know if it's different.

most of what ive seen in mine was just behind it blocking it you can pull out and up a little bit and jiggle it around and it MIGHT shake them loose, if your lucky enough like fla-tls said try his method, other wise break out the philips screwdriver

Do a search on this. I had the same problem and I just banged on the sides while using a key to dislodge the coins. Next time, don't put so many coins in there.
