Can you install Fog LIGHTS to none type-S

Hello everyone

I would like to know if I could install OEM fog lights to a none type-S. Do these cars come with wire harness? Please advise

I Just purchased a 2000 TL none type-S for $7500. The car is in an immaculate condition. It has 125k. The car has type-S rims tail lights and is lower about .5".

thanks

They didn't offer a TL-S in 2000, you're referring to the 2002-03 TL/TL-S.
You can get JDM fogs I believe, or retro-fit various brands. But I believe there is a bit of work involved. Most things won't look as clean as the factory fogs in the 02-03

There were never fogs offered on the 99-01 TL. The 2002-2003 have a different front bumper and fog setup and wont work on the 99-01. You can buy aftermarket and retrofit them. acouple hav modified the accord fogs to fit

Can't see the ebay link but if they are the Honda Inspire fog lights, they won't fit in the US 99-01 TL bumper without a fair bit of modification.

Thats whats up. Just ask Joe80055*(name is a lil off)about it. He has a set but ran into some issues installing them.

i thought that the jdm bumper was slightly different then the bumper here in the US and that the fog lights would not fit.

Yes, any that fit. None are designed to be the shape of the opening though if thats what your wondering. If you want a clean look you will have to modify and shape it to fit

The set that I have seen that fit the best are 02 Accord Foglights. You may need to trim a lilttle bit with a whizzer wheel but that is about it.
