Can our TYPE S wheels fit on a TL-P?

My friend wants to get the 2002 TL-P because the lease rate on it is much cheaper than the TL-S. He was thinking about putting the TYPE-S wheels on his TL-P. Can it be done w/out modifying anything???

Here's one on ebay if anyone's interested.

The wheels should fit fine. There's some type of adjustment that has to be made though to avoid the larger and wider wheels and tires from scraping the inside of the wheel wells at full lock. This is why the turning circle for the TL is 36.8 ft. while the Type S is 40.0 ft. It could just be Acura being anal-retentive though because I don't remember anyone who upsized their wheels and tires posting about having to make changes to the steering geometry.

The Type-S is equipped with a different steering rack than the premium model. If you install Type-S wheels on a premium model the wheels will contact the tie rod ends in a sharp turn.
