Unhappy Camber adjustment?

I know that I should have rotated my tires at 7500miles but waited until 15,000. This is when I discovered that the front passenger tire was worn all the way to the steel belt on the very inside edge the other front tire also showed extreme wear on the inside edge. I have always kept the pressure at 32psig and to me it seems the wear indicaties that the camber adjustment(not part of a normal alignment) was probally bad from the factory. So far the dealer is only willing to give me a free alignment. Has anyone else had this problem or know what else it may be?

well, 15k miles and your front tires (i assume they are stock) wear that much already. i drive my car hard and now at 11k and still have around 50%

anyway, if ONLY the inside of the tires wear that much, it won't help much even if you did the rotation, and yes it definitely have something to do with the camber. if you never touched the suspension then that means the stock camber has problem, or at least the way they set it.

i would suggest you to talk to the dealer that you require free alignment and free set of new tires, coz' this is not normal wear at all. have them print out the before and after spec, look at the camber settings and see how much it was off at the beginning. if it's off a lot before doing alignment, then the dealer is obligated to replace the tires as well
