California VC 24003 Ticket

Yep, I'm not quite sure either but I will attempt to get them signed off today or tomorrow and take it to the court clerk and hope it gets dismissed with the $25 per violation fee.

Bail amount is only if you want to blow them off and do nothing about the violations- you can do that for 300 or whatever,,
but
you are still in the system for the probs and future encounters with LE will ensure getting another ticket! probably with a mandatory appearance for your defiant attitude
BUT
if you get it signed off, since iirc it said illegal lights? get a real Headlight Inspection station (ck major tire stores-see phone book) to do the `test and alignment ck`
comes with the Official State form stating its 100% legal by Ca codes
Same thing you have to do if registering a salvage title vehicle
used to be ~25$,,make some calls
the paper ticket from cop isnt the legal document the court sends- it should state requirements on it, if not call the court or look up ticket online
If it was me, and wanting to get in and out of courthouse without hassle= get the `official inspection`
then the clerk may be able to handle it rather than waste half a day for you
See court info online- you can go in before the date- thats the last day to take care of it..why take chances!

illegal blue HID? makes sense. in CA anything other than yellow or white is illegal. red and blue are supposed to be "reserved for emergency vehicles only."
if you want to keep your HID's, go with 4300k, 5000k, or POSSIBLY even 6000k... BUT MAKE SURE it's a projector lens. IMO it's really the only way to go if you want HID's, plus there's less glare when aimed properly.

Tint Removal - $15
OEM Halogen - $15
CHP Inspecition - $0
Gas to drive around town - $5
Fix it ticket $25x2 - $50
MW3 - $65
$150 = Today's Total
$80 in ticket money though.
Court clerk: "$50 please."
Me: "You take cash?"
Court Clerk: "Yes sir, that's fine. (thinking dumbass!)"
Me: "Here you go."
Court Clerk: "Thank you. Your ticket has been dismissed."
Easy as that I guess.
