Its behind the glovebox.

Look in the DIY thread. There's a DIY with pics on removal and replacement.

welcome to the forum- the diy section has 90 percent of all mods and jobs posted in it already-

if many pages long read the first few and last few- so you get the most current info like- dont use a dremel to cut the tabs, its made to be cut with kitchen scissors

get a good filter from parts stores- 20 bucks, charcoal activated or microallergen (bosch) are great

Use a shop vac to remove the leaves and crud that will be in the filter box after filters come out
There is a plastic tray that pulls out- filters sit side by side (come as a 2 pack)

knee pads are good idea as first time change takes 20-30 minutes, next time half that

I did mine a week ago and when i did mine it appears the previous owner replaced them because it appears the dealer used the piece you cut out with a dremel or scissors and used the two screws supplied.

so i replaced them anyway because last summer i wasn't getting full blown air and even during the winter the heat wasn't blowing full. so this was the result of the cabin air filters

old:

the new after replacing the old:

its a 30 minute job and it shouldn't take you long because it didn't take me long but getting that glove box back on was a chore!
