Okay, after watching the news a few days ago and hearing that the California Highway Patrol will be cracking down on speeders more really made me to think. Since I do find myself at 90-100 on the 210 Frwy quite often.
This morning I must have spotted 6 CHIPS on the Freeways in 30 minutes. I guess since CA is in need of money this is one way of bridging out deficit gap.
Watch out everyone in SoCAL!!!
BTW: it is interesting to watch those average speeds posted on sigalert.com
