I have a 99 tl. I wanted to remove my Oem navi from the rear of the because it doesn't work. I was wonder if there's any way of wiring it so I don't lose the a/c fan speed controls on the screen?

 

An automotive electronics shop should be able to work something out for the display.
If you can find an electrical schematic diagram showing the Navi's connector inputs, it'd make the wiring easier to figure out.

 

Why, what would be the point by removing it? If it doesnt work just dont use it . As for the screen and ac controls, it should work without the navi drive in the trunk.

 

I unplugged the navi in the trunk and the screen turns off
