Burning Rubber smell...yes I searched!!
To make a long story short I have a burning rubber smell coming from the front end of the car, I can't really place where it is coming from. I searched and noticed that a lot of you guys had the same problem. After searching all of the threads, I could not find one resolution for the problem. How did you guys finally fix this annoying problem????

yup. i got the same problem when i hit higher rpm's. but when i hit the circulate button, it doesn't get into the car. i'm going to check it out more in the spring. some have said it might be the catalytic converter. idk. btw, it could very well be the gas too. who knows?

hahahaha sounds like coolant leak! i actually grown to love that smell. everytime im driving hard and keeping the revs up high (4000RPM+) you could smell that burning rubber/coolant smell coming from the front. you might have coolant leaking (like mine used to) and its leaking into really hot parts of the engine and making it smell like that.
check your hoses or look under your hood to see if there's any green spots around..
