How do you tell your build date?

i think its a few months before the delivery date. if you ordered your car, and you got it on, lets say nov of 2000, then it would have been built june/july of 2000

Cool, I'll look in the door at lunch..... I took delivery last week. They didn't have the car more than 2 weeks I know that, so it's probably a late 2000 build like Nov or Dec....

There is a VIN decal on the bottom of the driver's door jamb. The date in the upper right of that decal shows the production month and year. See the pic for clarification. (I was bored at work so I ran out and snapped a pic)

Dang dude!!!! Right on, thanks!!!! This board is sooo cool!!!! I was starting to get a little burnt out on the CL board, it was starting to become a pissing match sometimes... Not to say anything bad about the CL board, but more crap seemed to go on there than here.
