Brakes fixed under TSB!!
Had the warped rotor problem. Made appt. with Clinton Acura in NJ. Dealer fixed the problem at no charge to me. Cut all four rotors and replaced all four pads.
It's very important to reference the TSB. At first, when I described my problem, they said it would not be covered under warranty since I was at 40K miles. I politely asked the Service Advisor to review the TSB as it is very specific on what is covered. When I referenced the TSB, they said it would all be covered. The TSB covers up to 50K miles I was told.
Long story short, I got an "almost" complete brake job from Acura for free. Happiness! Here is the TSB for those who need it:
01-017 Brake Pedal, Steering Wheel, or Vehicle Vibrates While Braking
VEHICLES AFFECTED
1999-03 3.2TL ALL
2001-03 3.2CL ALL
SYMPTOM
When the brakes are applied normally, the driver feels
a pulsing sensation through the brake pedal, the
steering wheel shakes, or the vehicle does not have a
smooth, continuous deceleration feeling.
PROBABLE CAUSE
The front and/or rear brake pads have caused a
variation in the brake disc thickness.
CORRECTIVE ACTION
Refinish the front brake discs, and install new brake
pads. Test-drive the vehicle and if necessary, refinish
the rear brake discs and install new brake pads.

I got my rotors replaced. My comment to the service advisor was they warped because they are too thin, how is cutting them down going to keep them from warping again. New rotors and pads for free.
