Brake Rotor Warping

I recently had my rotors changed at pepboys. I have the OEM pads on the car. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to replace the pads with dealership pads again and have them resurface the rotors? Which part is causing the warping of the rotors--the pads or the rotors?

The later model OEM pads from dealer are ceremic, and they are as good as aftermarket ceremic pads. OEM rotors are bad because they are warped prematurely. You can get the rotors turned and use any ceremic pads, but more likely the rotors will go bad again shortly.
