brake light lights up

brake light lights up
when im accelerating and my rpm get about to 4k my brake light for da e-brake lights up. anyone with this problem?

when i used to have a taurus SHO, there was a similar problem. during acceleration the brake light would come on (it was the same light for the e-brake and regular brakes). turns out that during acceleration all the brake fluid would move to the back of the reservoir. the sensor is in the front, and if there wasn't enough fluid to keep the sensor covered because your brakes were low, the light would come on.
i am actually not sure if the regular brakes and e-brake have separate lights in the TL. if they do then what you would want to look into is a loose cable or sensor. i wouldn't worry too much though. just check to see if the fluid is full first, it may be an easy answer.
