anyone in the Boston Area have any preference for getting service? Right now I bring my car to Herb Connolly Acura in Framingham, but I work closer to Boston Acura (and it's on the way to work too). The reason why I bring my car there is that I purchased the car there...and I got 5 free oil changes (3 more to go).

So far I have no complaints with Herb Connolly Acura (ok, their parking lot is tiny). They're quick to pick up my car for service at check in, and the mechanic seemed very competent. It's a smaller shop, but seems to be run very very efficiently. The phone receptionist is polite, and they call after your service to check on the quality of service. Price wise I was quoted 269.95 for a 15k service. They seem to use more "additives", at the 7500 service they included fuel, oil, (tranny?) additives (I saw them add something from smaller bottles..and yes they charged me for them)

I've used Boston Acura for 9 years on my Old Integra, and they kept it running pretty good (NO LEAKS after 9 years). The Service managers know me by name and are friendly and caring. The phone receptionist could get some manners, They occasionally call to see if you're happy. Price wise I was quoted around 200 for parts and labor.

So who do I choose
Right now I need to be close to work (busy), so It's hard not to choose Boston Acura. But Can I get some other opinions? Any good / bad experiences?
