I don't know what you have read for the Accord. Is that why you say 4lbs? Comptech tells me 5-6 boost for TL NON Type S.
Now can anyone tell me what that means?

I'm sure they are referring to psi.
On this motor (high compression) 6 psi should be significant.
Have to be careful when adding boost, big factors are maintaining sufficient fuel delivery, detonation control, temp control.
The 4psi kit looks like it is a pretty safe add-on, they increase fuel pressure to deliver more fuel (to make WOT A/F rich enough which keeps detonation in control and keeps EGTs down), 4 psi boost shouldn't make intake temps too high assuming their compressor is fairly efficient.
some before/after dynos showing A/F would be nice, along with intake temps and EGT...to see what kind of margin remains for adding more boost.
Do you know the size of the factory fuel injectors?
If you are considering adding a supercharger, I'd recommend picking up these books by Corky Bell:
- "Maximum Boost"
- "Supercharged!"
another good one is "Turbochargers" by Hugh MacGuiness
These give some good guidelines!
