bodykit install

Hey guys,

How hard is it to install the bodykit on an 02 TL? As a note, I have almost NO car know-how whatsoever. How long will it take? Lots of room for error?

From what I hear its not hard at all..It would take about 1-2 hours...Check the FAQs....http://www.acura-tl.com/faq.htm#7c

The sideskirts and the rear lip are piece of cake. However, the front lip you will need to drill to line up the holes.

As was said earlier, the "hardest" part is the front, in that you have to drill holes to secure it. However, it slips over the bottom portion of the stock bumper pretty securely, so you don't have to struggle holding it in place to line everything up for drilling. Feeding some of the nuts and bolts up into the bumper can be hard if you have big hands, but otherwise it's not a major chore. Just take your time.
