blitzsafe/radio questions

When I install the adapter in the back of the radio, will this reset the radio to the point where I have to enter security code for radio?

No it will not, only disconnecting the battery. Do you have your radio code?

Once you plug it in, just push CD again and then it will be inputting from your aux input. You only really need to remove the right side and try to reach back there.

No I don't have the radio code, and the one guy I need to speak to at the dealership where the car was bought never seems to be around. I haven't made such a big deal about it yet because I never had to use it.

check in a few different places first.

1. check your fuse box on your driver's side.

2. glove box

3. check your fuse box under the hood. it's the black box in the upper left corner [if you're standing in front of the engine (passenger's side)] this is where i found mine.

remember it's a 5 digit number.

i called my local dealership and they told me these different places that Acura places the code.
