i want to black out my headlights and i was wondering if thre are anyshops in my area (in NJ 20 mins from manhattan) that would do this....and if it comes down to me having to do it by myself...what kinda paint do i have to use and do i have to sand th chrome off first?..and are there any other spesific steps i should be doing..
