Black TL-S in Austin, TX

I keep seeing this black TL-S parked on W 26th St. and Seton. I was wondering if this car belonged to anyone on this board b/c it looks like it has an aftermarket exhaust. I just got my TL-S and would like to see any mods that you have done. Thanks!!
