Post Best Service Departments

Since there so much discussion about bad service deparments, can you guys post which service deaprtments you had good experiences with? I interested in looking for a good service dept aroung PA/DE/NJ area. I use to go to Metro Acura but they suck so I go to AH motor for schedule service, but I need to find a Acura service dept for warranty work.

I recently drove from Eastern Connecticut to Park Ave Acura to get my Comptech stuff installed. They were great! They had a car for me to use, their service writer (Tom) was very friendly and knew his stuff, their service guy Jens is an expert at CompTech, and the service manager Wayne and all of the people I met seem like they love the cars! What more can you ask?

I got the biggest suprise when I got home. All the way home, I was listening to the Comptech Exhaust thinking that my wife was going to HATE the way it sounded, and if she really gave me serious grief, I might (perish the thought) put the old exhaust back on. However, I though this would mean purchasing the exhaust all over again, as the dealer surely kept the old exhaust, as it only had 2000 miles on it and they could re-use it.

Well, suprise! When I went to put something in my trunk the next day, there were my old springs and my old exhaust, neatly boxed in the CompTech boxes!! HOLY COW! What a deal.

At any rate, the Comptech exhaust stays!!!

BTW - My local dealer, Schaller Acura, is also a great dealer, but they do not do the CompTech stuff. I would recommend them to anyone in the central Connecticut area.

PARK AVE!!!!!!MAYWOOD NJ....I agree!!.. I just got back my TL today..with Comptech Exhaust...Jens, Wayne, Pete and Tom..are the best!!!And I drove from Brooklyn to go there..I may consider going there for even oil changes..but that would be like $21 plus $16 in tolls...That's like a $37 dollar oil change not bad considering I use to pay $36..

Mark! How do you like the exhaust. I got mine earlier this week at Park Ave (it was a bit longer a drive for me). It took me a day or two to get used to the increased sound. I was a little unsure about them the first day, but now I really like the sound. They do, however, add to the noise level in the car.
