BEST PLACE TO GO TWEAK CAR...HELP

Hi guys...

just wanted to know where I can go for decent prices to tweak car (i.e. lowering the car, fog lights install, etc.)

I live in Los Angeles, anywhere in LA county will do...

i think the san gabriel valley is the best place to get everything (high population of import shops). if you are familiar then you will know what i am talking about. otherwise, you might have to be more specific with the accessories/installs you are looking for before i can list the places i have been too.
