Best Mods for performance w/out too much $$
What would you say is the best mod to a 99 TL without breaking the bank. I am not as interested in looks (although important) as I am in more HP. Drives me nutz that the type-S is the same motor. Would like to get a little more power out of my regular TL. Any suggestions?

best HP per dollar is headers.
my OBX SS headers costed me $300 and $100 for installation.
As for intakes....I probably wouldn't do it again if I had a chance to get my money back.
