Also, ive seen on the internet people that buy hid kist and custom mount them into the existing stock fog with modifications. just get the philips bulb in 4100k to match the existing headlight color.

I have Accord OEM fog on my corner pocket.
It's about $250~$300 for the kit.
But you need lot of modification to fit it inside the pocket.
If you have enough $$, go for INSPIRE fog w/INSPIRE bumper. That will give you perfect match. But again, it will cost you some $$.
