Anyone have an opinion about which is the best Bay Area Acura dealer in terms of service. I'd like them to be knowledgeable about after-market mods as well as responsive to my service needs. Experience with Marin Acura only adequate and Serramonte Acura doesn't seem any better.

I heard Stevens Creek or Sunnyvale Acura are pretty good. I personally don't have any experience with any of them as I am still waiting for the price to come down on Sep, but you can do a guick search on those names listed above, good luck.

I'm not sure about the the North Bay, but here is my experiences.

Pleasanton Acura, Service and parts are good. They don't hike up prices. Sales are not bad either. They are pretty busy. I got mine here because of the price I got.

Acura of Concord is pretty big and are good sellers of Acuras. My co worker got his there and he liked them.

Stevens Creek hikes up their prices because they are in a good location and they swear they are the only one around or something.

Los Gatos has a snobbish attitude. Wannabes.

Hopkins I hear is good, but their dealership is a bit small so you may not find the exact car you are looking for.

I don't like Sunnyvale, they were rude to me cuz I was a young guy. They were too much like the used car salesman type. "Yeah we can do that.. blah blah blah..."

I just bought a car at Stevens Creek Acura. Their service department has not impressed me. The sales guy was pretty cool. Ask for Rob Higgins.

Bought my car from Steve creek.

Sales- great, match the deal from carsdirect.com plus throwing extra items such as trunk liner, cargo net, wheel locks, and bunch of other things.

Service- Poor, not very knowledgeable, rude, focus as a loaner.

Pleasanton- service was great, never make fuss of any repairs, excellent response. Price is a bit high, 300+ for 15K service.
