i dunno understand...but, KNOW there's a 2pc Injen CAI for your '99.
i got it in my '99 and got pics to back it up if nobody believes. i bought mine thru a-tl and cost me 12x.xx shipped.

*know that it all got repainted...that blue metalic color was coming off...i repainted with red caliper paint to match the intake
