I was simply reading about 2gtls and his venture into a "TL Diet" when my eyes were violated by that awful engine bay!
It was such a surprising sight to see on the beautiful 3rd gen TL (best looking TL's) - I mean it literally looks like a 4 year old got hold of spray paint in your engine bay!
Or the whole smurf pooping thing.. That would do it.

this summer has been wild. im finding little time for my car. starting to get sad about it =(. im actually in need of some advice. im thinking about buying the manual transmission by itself and a turbo kit for the 2003 accord v6. and so i can get the highest costing stuff out of the way. and then with my job start buying all the smaller less expensive bits and just do it all at once and run low boost until i either get money for a standalone or blow up my motor and then ill rebuild it.

sorry bro was in a hurry at the point....
running seafoam in the gas tank/vac line and engine cleared the CEL codes for me....they did come back on after 100 miles of driving but when off the same day
about mods, i would first get an engine/fuel management unit and then do the rest....i would like to have control over the engine before I start getting deep into the engine for mods....

I don't see the point of getting a turbo without engine management/tune. You spend money, add more weight up front, make car run worse, and probably damage engine.
If you really are making it a track car you are better off staying N/A.

thats the worst thing about modding....
at times i feel why am i ruining this nice car by stripping her down....let me sell her and buy a Genesis Coupe and do some to it....or buy an older EVO/STI/RSX-S and do something to em....
but i love my car to death....and wont sell her no matter what....
