Did your engine every get hydrolocked?! I would take that into a mechanic immediately before you bend a rod.

...just kidding. I'd have to relisten to clips of my own to see if I have any little pops like that. If you had a problem with misfire your CEL would be on constantly, or intermittently. Funny, I had that problem...CEL's...bam, misfire cylinder 1, 2, 3, 6 misfire on all cylinders etc...pulled the battery and reset ECU and it never came back.

Infact i wasnt scaring you.....

when the car is cold and you rev it you will experience misfires.....Acura's have this "feature" to heat up the cats up quicker....so if you car was cold and you gun it, misfires and it wont show up any codes either....

if your car is warm and it misfires, you should def see codes....can you post all the codes you are getting on here ?

would be huge help if you could confirm with rodney that it would negate the need for the richie patch would save me a lot of money seeing as i would eventually want to be tunable as well

VSA BYPASS?! What is this? Is it something that keeps traction control off? If so, kptechnologies makes a module you can put in that will keep your traction setting...that way you could turn it on if you need it.

^^^ Jer...am the king of overspray !!!

back in 2007 i painted my manifold blue and without the knowledge of how to take it off and do it right !!!

so i picked up the rattle can, threw some news papers around the engine bay and went to town LOL.....see thats the problem of buying an Acura as your first car....

if i would have started out with a civic or a corolla, i would have known better LOL....

am actually waiting to get my heads done (later this year), this will provide me with the opportunity of removing everything and doing it right
